Carole Copeland Thomas, CSP, is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, business consultant, executive coach, thought leader, and cultural collaborator who has been transforming organizations and communities since launching her business in 1987. She has spoken in nearly every U.S. state and in nine countries, addressing leadership, workplace culture, cross-cultural communication, inclusion, collaboration, and organizational change.

Carole has maintained a strong, longstanding connection with human resources professionals throughout her career. She is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), where she previously served as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Forum. Through NEHRA and her broader consulting work, she has helped HR leaders navigate changing workforce expectations, strengthen employee engagement, build more inclusive cultures, and remain relevant and valued in rapidly evolving workplaces. Her programs give HR professionals practical strategies they can use with leaders, managers, and employees across generations and cultures.

Carole is the founder of the Multicultural Symposium Series, a global initiative advancing multicultural understanding through conferences, leadership programs, and online learning. In 2021, she co-founded the US UK Summit on Race, which brings together leaders from the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries to explore solutions to racism, hatred, and social division.
